These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales via our web site or tele-sales.

1. Product Specification
Products are detailed as per manufacturer’s specifications.

2. Prices
All prices include VAT at the current rate but exclude delivery. Certain charitable organisations and persons with a chronic illness or disability may be eligible to claim VAT relief on products shown with VAT relief symbol. Claims for VAT relief can be declared at the checkout process (see Vat Relief footer page of website).  We regret that VAT cannot be credited at a later date if the required VAT relief declaration is not received at time of ordering.

We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time, without prior warning and with immediate effect.

3. Delivery & Returns
We comply with the requirements of distance selling and will provide a refund on any returned products provided they have been returned in a perfect, re-saleable condition. 

If for any reason your dispatched order is not received, please let us know within 28 days of receiving the dispatch notification. If you do not notify us of the non-arrival of goods within 28 days, we will do our best to look into the issue but we are not responsible for the order after this period and cannot refund you for the non-delivered goods. 

4. Payments
Workey Limited accepts payment via PayPal and Shopify. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can also use all major credit cards, via Shopify Payments. We’ve chosen to do it this way to offer you the highest level of protection when making a purchase. PayPal deliver one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. After more than a decade as the leader in online payments, they’ve learned a thing or two about keeping your information safe.

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of PayPal’s most important priorities. That’s why they automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and their systems, ensuring your information is kept private.

PayPal verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). They store your personal information and ensure it’s heavily guarded both physically and electronically. To further safeguard your debit and credit card numbers and your bank account details, they do not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay in receiving refunds from us via PayPal for amounts which we have credited to your PayPal account. You will receive email notification from us that the payment has been processed, any delay in this refund being available in your account is the responsibility of PayPal

5. Availability of Goods.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email on receipt of your order and we will endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. Alternatively, we will refund you the full amount and ask you to re-order.

6. Import Regulations and Duty
If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

7. Access to our site
We will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

8. Website
We make every effort to show every product as accurately as possible but due to limitations and differences between monitors, there may be slight colour differences to those displayed.

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our website however it is possible some errors may occur. We will make every effort to rectify any errors as soon as possible but we cannot be held responsible.

We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

Any material downloaded or obtained from our website is done so entirely at your own risk.

9. Strength & Safety Warning
Caution, excessive force must not be used when using the Keywing. Do not exert more pressure than would typically be required to operate a key normally. If a key is stiff this may be caused by a fault with the lock itself. In this instance applying excessive force on a key may cause a key to bend or snap or cause damage to the lock. If you suspect the lock may be faulty, we recommend that a professional locksmith or similar expert is consulted. The Keywing is intended to aid to users grip and dexterity.
The Keywing is not a toy and should not be given to children as it presents a choking hazard. 
Please exercise common sense and do not take any unnecessary risks when using this product; as the user you must accept liability for safety when using the product.

10. Disclaimer Of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Workey Limited, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
